Parfait !

Établissement et il tellement situé dans le vieux Turin. Beaucoup de restaurants et commerce sont directement accessible sur la place. En quelques minutes vous avez accès à presque toute la ville. L'hôtel et parfait, le matelas est trop confortable ☺️

Stayed only one night. A person at reception is only available for 2 hrs in the morning between 9-11am which meant no one was available when we arrived at 2:30pm. This wasn't a problem for us as the property provided instructions on how to access the unit prior to our arrival. All communication was done via email but there is also a number to call in case you needed to talk to someone.

Amazing hotel in an amazing location!!

Wonderful stay at the Vittorio Suites!!! You just beed to contact then ahead on your stay and they provide very clear instructions for check in. The apartment is in a central location, and we could simply walk everywhere. It is surrounded by restaurants and bars, so very convenient, and still very quiet! The apartment was very modern and clean, and the bed was very comfortable! It is like a hotel but in an apartment!! I definitely recommend it!!

The location is fantastic, only 5 mins from Mole Antonelliana and 15 mins from Piazza Castello. Communication and helpfulness of staff was great and The Suites decor was lovely and very clean. We have already booked again for next year!

Tolle Unterkunft an zentraler lage. Parkhaus nur ein paar Meter entfernt, was sehr praktisch ist. Obschon zentral gelegen, konnten wir sehr gut schlafen, weil die Zimmer sehr ruhig waren. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Notre arrivée en couple pour un week end fin octobre 2019 probleme d entrée de porte. Trop bruit jusqu'à point d heure la nuit cause bistrot sous les arcades. Sinon bonne literie. J ai du laver la table a mon arrivée qui avait encore du café. Tasse pas propre. Impossible de rentrer a notre arrivée cause 3 entrées. La 1er l entrée des arcades La 2 e clef pour rentrée dans l l'immeuble Et la 3 e qui concerne le code d entrée pour allez a la chambre. Dommage car jolie chambre.

Je suis assez déçu par le manque d’anticipation et de précisions concernant l’arrivée et la récupération de la clé. J’ai reçu un mail 2 jours avant avec des indications en italien. Je n’ai donc pas pu en prendre connaissance avant notre arrivée sur place et personne de la réception n’était là pour nous accueillir. Le volet du Velux ne ferme pas complètement, le réveil à été rude et le matelas est fatigué avec un creux au milieu Par contre la propreté était au Rv

Turin - Shrouded in secrecy

This was a bad experience. To get to your room needs you to jump through hoops. We have to unlock 4 doors. All this once you get the key. Getting the key is a challenge and has a lot of rules. Miss one small trick and you are out of luck and you feel like you are in the middle of a major square with no option. Poor execution on the parking (Still they (and I) do not know how this works), figuring out how to unlock the room and no service. The people are friendly but not being there at core hours (maybe have other jobs) makes it hard on the guests. Great location and people. Lousy execution. Avoid if you cannot speak Italian.

Don't stay here - it's awful!!

This was the absolute worst hotel I've ever booked on hotels.com. The photos did not match the look and feel of the place. The suite was 34.5 degrees and had no AC and only 2 fans. We had to move to another hotel because we had a pregnant woman with us and she could not tolerate the heat. The hotel owners have never answered my email. I can not believe that it gets such good ratings. My money was stolen.
