Private: well-kept garden 400 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (12 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 31.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, hot tub, boules, patio, terrace (100 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, parking at the house. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km. Nearby attractions: Alba 35 km, Torino 36 km, Asti 34 km. Please note: car recommended.
