"Bob W Avangard is located directly across from Tallinn University. Since I was attending a conference at the university, the location was perfect for me. The bed was very comfortable and the space was clean. The lack of any personnel on-site was no problem except that after I checked out, it would have been nice to have been able to leave my luggage to keep until my flight departure that night. I ended up using the Bounce app and leaving my luggage at Tallinn City Bike, which worked fine. I saw...
