"I have stayed here several times. The sunsets are beautiful as well as the sunrises. I always catch fish. The pier is well lit and there is a fishing light for night fishing.The check-in is easy, Kate Allen (host) is always available in case you need something.The house is very clean and plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen is fully stocked as well.Definitely my "go-to" vacation home."

"We have stayed here multiple times and absolutely love it. We caught a lot of fish, both in the surf and off of the dock. Having the green lights at night to fish is the best. We also put the crab traps to good use and our kiddos had a blast. When the tide is high and up into the rocks on the Surf-side, then we fish on the intercoastal side. Having both as an option is such a great benefit and the primary reason why we keep coming back to the same location. We will be back soon!"

"We had a great time staying here! The house was comfortable, and the views and deck were definitely highlights of our stay. The bunkroom is on the smaller side and can get warm. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return."

"This place was great for our family. It’s rare to find all the amenities in one property…great pool, fishing on the private dock right out the back door and ocean views from the front, with a short walk to the beach. It was the perfect location for our family and we can’t wait to go back to Sargent."

"The house is two rooms bathroom and everything else in main room. I rented the extra room downstairs for just a small amount of money and it made the stay perfect. Downstairs was a nice space with two beds and a bathroom. We caught plenty of fish to eat there and take home. The host was great and always responded quickly. We will rent this house again."
