"All inclusive was not all inclusive in my opinion. We got charged for Wifi, charged for safe-deposit box, charged for ice-cream, charged for baby stroller.
Towels only get changed every 2 days and bedsheets only 2x a WEEK.
No laundry service available at all.
Only good thing is that the main restaurant food was decent and good variety (except for breakfast. This was the same each morning).
Enjoyed the grilled food. Staff in main restaurant were really kind and polite.

"Great hotel . Nice buffet with lots of variety of food and desserts. All inclusive. .. they all try to please you during your stay.
Nice room setup— this hotel has water play area for kids and small beach —. Beach needs make over. —. Not so clean to enjoy — lots of derbies and small wood space in beac area and in water side …. Wished managers or owners at least visit beach area to see the condition of the beach—- if beach area looked after , this hotel can be a place to stay longer and enjoy...
