"Clean, spacious, and modern room that was very comfortable for our stay. However, the property feels more like an upscale motel than a full-service hotel. There is a pool that looked clean and family-friendly, though fairly basic rather than resort-style. Check-in and check-out were fully self-service, which was convenient, but there were no visible staff onsite, so it lacked the service and atmosphere you’d typically expect from a hotel."

"This place was a gem. It was clean, well equipped and a perfect place to stay as my wife and I took the long way down from Sydney to Melbourne on the Sapphire coast. There were nice touches including milk, bottled water and a couple of Kit Kats !. The kitchen had all you'd need to look after yourself for a long while. Whilst we only stayed the one night, the toaster and kettle did all the heavy lifting rather than the oven, microwave, coffee maker etc. Wifi was good and internet connection fast....
