Turlock is okay. It’s grown a lot in the past few years and seems to have a much higher transient population. There is a lot of trash accumulating. If it weren’t for family living in the area, we probably wouldn’t visit.
I love Turlock, it’s nice visiting my family that lives out here.
Not interested in retiring to this town. Goody dispensary near by however
We loved this town. Sleepy California College Town.
No reason to go to Turlock except their annual swap meet
My family has deep roots in this community since the early 1900’s. Despite the lose of most Turlock relatives, we keep coming back from NY to visit. It was an easy 2 hour ride to Yosemite and about the same amount of time to Monterey/Carmel.
