"Our stay was excellent. Beautiful cottage in an excellent location, close to Castlebar with good road connections for touring the beautiful county of Mayo. The hosts Declan and Laura are very welcoming and very accommodating. Absolutely lovely people. A real genuine "Cead Mile Failte" is felt here. "We had the most wonderful stay in Katie's Cottage. We met the lovely host Caroline on arrival and we couldn't have gotten a warmer welcome. There was fresh scones with jam and butter and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The house was absolutely immaculate with loads of fresh towels and bed linen. "For us 4 anglers on the River Moy (Armstrong route) an ideal starting point. Short distances to our fishing route. On the whole we were also satisfied with the accommodation. Except for a few shortcomings that I would like to describe. We were particularly surprised at the unacceptable dirt that came out after the bed linen had been removed.
