"Property was nice i didnt like the check in what was at the service station waiting in line for people to pay for shopping and fuel it took ages the room could of done with a fan in them as it was hot and if you opened the window you could hear the cars/lorries drive past and finding the hotel using the postcode supplied i got lost maybe tgats my own fault but the room was lovely new style and clean i wouldnt say it was a bad experience at all just a little hot "

"We stayed 2 nights, family of four. We had the family room. Very comfortable, hot bath/shower. Kettle in room. Great food and service. Family run pub, Leigh and her staff were very welcoming and let our friends breakfast with us staying elsewhere. Great place for kids as they have a pool table and games out the back. Food and drink was delicious and they have a kids menu. Very pretty village near the river with a few shops and coffee places. We visited the Big pit that was fantastic well worth going to, a brilliant rainy day option. We also walked up Sugar Loaf and went horse riding. Would love to return. "

"Room was lovely and comfortable, spotlessly clean and much bigger than it looked on the website. Pub staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious. Breakfast options were plentiful and for the price of the deal, I couldn’t recommend highly enough. If it had been twice the price, it would have been worth it. "
