"Nice hotel great staff "

"Nice room, very comfortable beds and the shower was wonderful. Considered staying an extra night it was such a nice place. Restaurant food was mediocre at best but live entertainment was great while enjoying a beverage from the bar. Breakfast was good with many slelectiona. "

"The hotel was really clean and very modern. The room had everything we needed for a one night stay. The bar service was a bit poor - the welcome drink had to be asked for a couple of times after we were told we only had to ask for it. On the third attempt we did get it but it was too late by that time. Other than that the staff were super friendly and I would definitely stay here again. Perfect for P&J live and for bus route into Aberdeen."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Silverstripe! We were met by our delightful host Laurence with a welcoming slice of homemade coconut cake. We'd been looking for a quiet country cottage to unwind, and Silverstripe fit the bill perfectly. The guest section is beautifully appointed. The cozy bedroom was in a stone corner of the building, with a wood burner that made us wish we were visiting in winter. Our delicious, perfectly prepared home cooked breakfast was made with locally sourced produced and included homemade bread. The huge bathroom featured a clawfoot bathtub and traditional fittings. We relaxed with our tea in the gorgeous sunroom, taking in the country view. Silverstripe was exactly what we were hoping for, a quiet, country getaway. We would definitely stay there again, and would recommend it to anyone who wanted to get away from it all in a cozy country cottage."

"Great hotel and great location. **Just be aware of the hidden charges.** car parking is an additional £5, use of the pool is an additional £5. Food onsite is Ok. I personally had a little issue with my food, but it was resolved with a free drink. I Would stay here again, just need to be aware of those sneaky extras!"
