"The apartment on the pictures looks really nice, clean and bright, but in real it’s very dirty, old damaged things must be replaced, we should have double bed, but it was 2 single beds, no electric kettle and other stuff presented on the pictures of the kitchen, broken cups, from toiletries mentioned on the website it’s only 4 tiny pieces of soap. Disgusting vacuum cleaners and mops which nobody cleaned/changed for ages. "

"El alojamiento estaba bien. Le faltaba limpieza en la ducha, la alcachofa de la ducha estaba rota, saliéndose agua por todas partes y podía haber algún rollo de papel más. Éramos 4 personas y 1 de las fundas de almohada, en vez de tener almohada, estaba rellenada por un nórdico. Y lo más importante, el calentador de agua no daba para 4 duchas rápidas de agua caliente, teniendo que ducharnos 2 por la mañana y 2 por la noche, ya que tardaba 2 horas en volver a calentar el agua. Muy mejorable."

"Beautiful flat and well appointed with everything you'd need to cook and hang out. A couple of good restaurants down the street and a small grocery store right across the street. The flat was about a 10 minute walk to Milano Centrale and the tram line which was very convenient for getting around Milan or for day trips to Lake Como and Venice, which we did. The area around the flat is quiet and had families around, but didn't always feel the safest later at night. Overall, it was a good...
