Spacious country house from the middle of the 20th century in a quiet location 6 km from Tuscania. The holiday home is situated on a hill in the middle of a 10,000 m² estate, which is completely fenced in and offers a panoramic all-round view as far as the Argentario sea. The impressive tower of the old aqueduct with adjoining barn, now a relaxation area, the pool and the large barbecue are ideal for a pleasant and relaxing stay in the open air. At guests' disposal: Wi-Fi throughout the property, a foot-golf course, table tennis. The convenient location on the border between the Lazio region and Tuscany allows for beautiful day trips to the Tyrrhenian Sea and visits to the archaeological sites of Tuscia. Distances and tips for your excursions: The beach of Marina Velca is 13 km away, the town of Viterbo with its impressive Etruscan museum and famous thermal baths 22 km, the lagoon of Orbetello and the elegant, small holiday resorts of the Argentario 57 km.
