"This was one of the most memorable, unique properties one could possibly stay. Beautiful inside and out, and that goes for the owner/hosts as well. Christiana was responsive to every request for information. The parking instructions and help with baggage from the car to our room was smooth. "Great place to stay in between to Tuscan towns. The Saturnia Hot Springs were beautiful and free to visit. Pitigliano was a must see. Hotel is a 3 room place and the owners were excellent and very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely suggest the place."

"Very hard to find (had to be escorted by a local), no one there. We assumed it was a B&B. Actually, it is merely rooms and breakfast in a basement. No one lives on the premises. We arrived on a Monday, and the nearby town was closed. No dinner in sight. Very lonely and not particularly unique. One positive is the price. Lowest we paid in Italy. If you need a stop-over in Tuscany or Lazio, okay, but don't go out of your way."

"We spent an enjoyable week at this lovely property. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and the villa was as describe on the web site. It was very peaceful and relaxing and there were lots of interesting places in the area to visit. So if you are looking for a relaxing place in a beautiful part of Italy we would definitely recommend staying here, we had a fab time."

"It was really convenient staying here the night before our cruise. You can easily walk to the cruise shuttle pickup even with luggage. The hotel also provided a transfer from the airport (added charge, but worth it). The hotel is also clean and nice. "
