"I had an amazing stay at the Bel Air Hotel in Guyana! From start to finish, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful but Robin and Michael truly went above and beyond. Robin made sure I had breakfast every morning, helped me get taxis when I needed them, and even recommended fantastic local spots to eat when transportation was limited. Her attention to detail and care really made a difference. Michael was equally incredible. When I couldn’t find a taxi one day, he personally drove me himself without being asked or expecting anything in return. That level of dedication is rare and genuinely appreciated. While everyone at the hotel was friendly and professional, Robin and Michael stood out the most. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Bel Air Hotel to anyone visiting Guyana. 10/10 experience!"

"Attention at front desk and room was excellent. I checked in at 2:00am and was pleasantly surprised that on my room card case it was written check out at 2:00pm. I highly recommend the hotel. Breakfast is included too!"

"Lovely property with friendly staff. Out of the way so don’t expect a convenience store near by or other restaurants other than the hotel restaurant. Service at that restaurant was exceedingly slow / took more than hour to serve our breakfast. Food when it arrived was very good. Plenty of marijuana aromas from guests which I didn’t care for. "
