"We selected this location because our daughter graduated from CSULB & the ceremony was at Anaheim Stadium. The property was advertised with eight beds, four bedrooms. However, there was no mention about the limited parking. I contacted the owner when we were on our way there about the parking and she shared that there was only one assigned parking space in a garage for the entire home. "Quiet location, convenient to places we needed to go in Anaheim and Costa Mesa and Santa Ana. There were a few things that could use improvement but overall it was a nice place to stay. There is a Stater Brothers in easy walking distance. Be aware there is no street parking allowed in Fullerton at night. That was not a problem for us. It looks like the single-wide driveway could take up to 3 cars, but we had just the one."

"Good place to stay, the place is small but cozy is not much place outside to stay, but if the purpose is goin to disney is perfect, is a nice neighborhood and everything I need was no more than 15 min away, just pay attention to the reservation, they charge 50 more per guest, not really sure how it works is not clear, besides that was very good."
