"Very good place, calm, good for families to relax. I got room with view of the valley, could see Sun rising. Stay was comfortable, service very good. Breakfast selection is also excellent with lot of options. Nice spa. Has Gym and travel desk too.Staff is very much supportive. Wifi is available in lobby."

The views from the property are incredible. The breakfast is great. The other meals are great. Service is great too. Only two things I did not like: ONE: There was a very low wifi signal in the room and I would not recommend the hotel to anyone who needs to work and as cell phone signals at the property are low too. TWO: The bathroom exhaust did not fundtion. So the smell remained in the bathroom for a LONG time.

Yes it's quite a walk to the ridge but at least you have the comfort of parking your car at the facility. Most hotels located at the mall do not have parking as cars are strictly restricted in that area.
The food the exemplary!!! I tried almost everything from their menu, blueberry pancakes and waffles, chicken lasagna and Indian cuisine. It's just out of the world, the quantity is good and the food quality is awesome. In room dining takes just a few minutes.
The only thing I did not like was...

This property far exceeding my expectations. The property itself is so gorgeous, very VERY clean, the rooms are so beautiful and balconies have amazing views of the Himalayan mountains. It was so much fun watching the monkeys everyday playing in the trees and rooftops all around the hotel. The sunrise and sunset views over the Himalayan mountains are the most amazing sunrise and sunset I have ever seen before. The sunset truly felt like I was in heaven. Hotel is just on the road. And it is very accessible by your car unlike a few hotels in shimla. Rooms were very nice. I went with my family for 4 days and it was a very pleasant stay. Also their breakfast buffet was very delicious.

The rooms and the property is well maintained. The staff is very nice and very accomodating. My daughter cannot handle spicy food, thank you to the chefs and the service to provide food on special requests! The rooms are well maintained, clean, and have great views! There is also a food court very close by if needed. Overall, a great stay! Thank you!
PS: they do not accept international cards at the hotel yet, please make sure you have other means to pay if needed!
