"Disappointing Service for the Price
We recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton St. Thomas and while the stay itself was fine, it did not meet expectations—especially at $750+ per night.
The biggest issue was the lack of service. Our room was never serviced during our stay, which was frustrating given the price point. For that nightly rate, we expected a much higher level of attention to detail and overall guest experience.
The room itself was adequate, but the amenities and overall offering simply did not justify the cost. At this price range, guests should expect consistent housekeeping, better service responsiveness, and a more elevated experience overall.
The property has potential, but management needs to address service standards to align with the rates being charged."
