"Fantastisches Frühstück, nettes Personal. Für die, die Annex buchen: Speisesaal und der Wehr schöne Wellnessbereich sind problemlos über einen Durchgang im Haus erreichbar. Allerdings ist der Weg zum Wellness unzureichend ausgeschrieben, man irrt durch die Gänge. Das Zimmer war zwar veraltet eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber. Das einzige was gestört hat, dass das Bett bei jeder Bewegung geknarrt hat und der kalte Rauch aus dem Mitarbeiterzimmer nebenan in unser Zimmer zog. "

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt: W-Lan, TV, Bachofen, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, sogar eine Infrarotsauna, alles war vorhanden. Die Wohnung war gemütlich und in einem einwandfreien Zustand. "The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...
