Liên kết với các web booking online nhưng không theo dõi. Khách đặt phòng, trả tiền rồi mà đến nơi không có phòng. Chủ khách sạn cũng không thèm nói với khách mà để nhân viên nói, cũng không có câu xin lỗi hay chủ động tìm khách sạn cho khách. Đến lúc làm mạnh thì mới điện thoại tìm khách sạn khác. Khách để lại số điện thoại cũng không gọi để xin lỗi 1 câu dù là lỗi của mình.Cực kỳ thiếu chuyên nghiệp. Mình chỉ review ở đây chứ không muốn review ở các web khác vì cũng muốn họ nhận ra lỗi và sửa chữa
