"What makes this hotel great is the staff. They are actually really nice people and they take good care of the hotel, considering the amount of traffic it gets. The hotel could use a corporate refresh soon, and some of the cleaning staff could be professionally trained, but other than that it's great. You'll like it. Oh yes, they could lose the manly scented body wash, ewe. Four stars. Five for service."

"The staff at check-in was very nice. The staff in the restaurant was very nice. The guy at check out barely acknowledged me. I explained that the coffee machine and tv wasn't working and he said "ok." He could have said oh I am sorry for your inconvenience etc. "

"Our dogs GSD (2) were very welcomed to the property, front desk was very friendly. "

"I was disappointed that there was no hot tub as advertised. Maybe update the photos. I found an old women's pull up in the sofa bed. Double check your cleaning. I love that the mattress was in plastic though. The staff was very polite and friendly. Overall the start was enjoyable. At least there weren't any bugs. "
