There was no shades on the roof window, nor a cloth to wash yourself with. Reception was gone after 7 pm and no telephone or alarm to wake you. The pillows were totally flat or so stuffed with foam that you could not sleep. The toilette was separate from the sink. Address states Unteraunern when in fact this is in Obertauern 10 km further!

Prix d'appel trompeur

Après avoir acheté une nuit "tout frais compris" sur "hotels.com", qu'elle ne fut pas ma surprise quand je découvris que cet hôtel comptait des "frais de ménage" extrêmement élevés plus diverses taxes. Avez vous déjà vu un hôtel qui vous fait payer des frais de ménage ? Pourquoi pas d'autres suppléments pour l'électricité, l'eau ... les impôts locaux ? Effectivement, quand vous allez sur le site à la 25è ligne du 4è alinéa de la description étendue de la chambre, vous tombez sur ces frais exorbitants (quadruplement du prix de la chambre après addition des frais de ménage !) bien dissimulés et surtout contradictoires avec le "prix garanti tous frais et taxes compris" affiché en évidence sur la page de réservation . L"hôtel nous a assuré que l'erreur de présentation venait de hotels.com et à spontanément réduit les frais sus-signalés. Par ailleurs, l'hôtel est de grande qualité, mais l'annonce piégeante du prix et le prix final payé, beaucoup plus élevé que prévu, nous ont gâché le séjour.

CENSURA per Expedia perché evidenzia un prezzo parziale (48 euro) ed indica solo in fase successiva il costo per la pulizia camera che può arrivare a 120 euro in più! Provato a contattare EXPEDIA ma nessun feedback. Personale dell'hotel più disponibile e mi hanno ridotto il costo ad auro 65 ma resta il fatto che il prezzo che viene pubblicato è ingannevole ed è scorretto questo fishing che frega i clienti sprovveduti.

El entorno es espectacular. (como en toda la zona) estivimos a principios de agosto y estaba todo un poco vacío. Otra cosa en Internet en el momento de la reserva ponia parking gratuito... Falso nos cobraron 5€.otra cosa se les olvidó ponernos toallas. En una planta inferior encontramos un armario y tenia toallas. Otra cosa, ojo al hacer la reserva y leer bien la política de lps hoteles. En este nos paso, que ponia qie por la limpieza te cobran 300€ . Aunqie supongo qie como es temporada baja solp nos cobraron 55e por ello. Pero repito fue error nuestro por no leer letra pequeña. Por lo demas cpmo en todo el pais, una maravilla
