Staff was super welcoming and very attentive. The property was very nice and close to the downtown area in twentynine palms. The entrance to joshua tree national park is only 2 blocks away. Was very warm in the area but the breeze that runs through the basin felt great. Would definitely come back and would 10/10 recommend Hotel Reset.

The hotel was a nice and unique way to spend a night. We had spent the afternoon in Joshua Tree and found the clean room and pool to be the perfect way to recover from a fun day. The A/C kept the room cool so we could get a good rest. We will stay again when we visit the area again.

The stay at the property was good. However they over charged my credit card by $100 and I’ve been arguing with them back and forth trying to get a refund. They keep telling me I’ll get my refund however they can’t give me a receipt of the refund they issued as well as they keep telling me the general manager will call me back with updates. It has been approx a month and I have yet to receive my refund as well as a phone call back, The customer service is terrible. Also we arrived approx 45 mins before 4pm it was 110 degrees outside and they wouldn’t allow us to check in until 4 pm on the dot. It is also confusing finding the front desk bc the sign is very small and it looks no different than the actual rooms. The property was clean and the room was nice with a great view.

Great Location !! Super friendly staff, accessible to everything you need by car. The only thing was that the pool was dirty( a lot of bugs) and hot tub was cold as well. Overall rooms were cozy and aesthetic.

What an amazing place. The rooms were beautifully designed. Love the private fire pit and slept so well since bed was extremely comfortable. To top it off, the staff was so helpful, gracious and genuinely nice. I will definitely be back and would recommend this place to everyone.

This hotel has great views. The tub outside was weird for us because people kept walking near our view window / patio opening so couldn’t really keep the screen open to enjoy the view we paid for. Plus it’s really small. Not sure how 2 people can enjoy it. Dead mouse or rat in the main pool. We didn’t know until we were already in. The containers get stuffy fast if the air isn’t on. A lot of bugs can get in too. Maybe it was just the specific unit we had but people walking in our view was a let down. Plus we couldn’t use the fire pit because of the county warning. Everything looked nice and felt upgraded. I would stay again but not get the tub upgrade and try to get a room that doesn’t have an opening people can walk in front of. It’s #16.

The staff was amazing, the minute I walked in they greeted my dogs and gave them greenies. The property was amazing the rooom was great. Super quiet hotel which was enjoyable. The only suggestions I have for them is, they needed to put some kind of drawers or cabinet to put your clothes in, I had to throwy luggage on the desk. You can actually walk your pets on their property in the back the only thing is there’s so much broken glass I had to stop and turn around and carry my dogs so they would t get cut. Hopefully they can clear the glass, it’s not safe. Other than that I totally recommend Rest hotel, the grab and go snacks came in clutch as well.
