Staff was very friendly but the ac in our room wasn’t working properly, the bathtub wasn’t draining well and the sheets had yellow stains on them. The location is great if you are planning to visit Joshua Tree National Park but other than that, I wouldn’t recommend it.

We absolutely love our stays here. We always return because it's always clean, never had any issues. Our microwave didn't work and we got upgraded to a bigger room without any issues or hassles. Everyone of the staff members are great, friendly, and super helpful.

Staff is absolutely amazing. I had stayed here couple of different time and never had any issues. Check in took me all of two minutes. Check out even less. Anything we needed the staff had no problem helping with. Will definitely be staying here again and ONLY here if they aren’t booked completely.

Did run into questionable people while at the pool who conveniently forgot their key to get in which was uneasy since I was traveling with my child but otherwise stay was great. Front desk was very nice and helpful every time I went in. Breakfast was great everyday and not crowded. Beds were comfortable, slept great. No complaints. Very close to grocery store if you need snacks. Recommend if in the area.

Nice hotel to stay while visiting Joshua Tree National park. It is cheaper as compared to nearby hotels, good thing is breakfast included which is normal stuff and good. Rooms are spacious, the building looks little worn. But ok for few days stays.

Clean, functional and safe hotel on the edge of 29 Palms. Friendly staff, quality extras, convenient and easy check-in. It's not a hotel you'd go to as a destination, but as a stop-off point for the Joshua Tree National Park, it ticks every box. Book with confidence.

The pool was really dirty, the water was green. It looked like it hasn't been clean for months. Which was a bummer for us since we planned being in the pool all day and go watch the milky way at night at Joshua tree national park. The room also smelled.

our stay was comfortable. the pros: the room was comfy, nice and clean. breakfast was decent. grocery outlet is walk able distance. Joshua tree national park is close by.the staff were very friendly and helpful. cons: kids complained about beds sank in the middle ( they are only 130 pounds). the pool was dirty. some rooms were near the freeway, so vehicle noise is there. try to take room away from the main road. overall, a decent price for the stay and we were very happy with it.

Pool was not maintained and unable to use. Despite being relatively not busy, they would not put us in a room of our choice and placed every guest next to each other which resulted in us being placed next to teenagers partying all night. Window had no screen, bathtub had mold, ac could not keep up with desert heat
