The main living space comes with a high-top bar to enjoy drinks served from the kitchen, plenty of comfortable seating including a suspended hammock chair, plush throw blankets to cuddle in front of the cozy wood-burning fireplace, 55" inch HD Roku Smart TV with access to Netflix and high-speed internet, JBL Bluetooth speaker, and vinyl record player.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need: gas range, full-size fridge, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, Ninja Blender, Keurig, coffee press, teapot, full set of pots and pans, spices, utensils, and dishware. With dining room seating for six. There is also have a high chair in the hall closet.

There are three bedrooms- the master comes with a king memory foam mattress. The other two bedrooms have queen-sized beds. All bedrooms come with a full-length mirror, ceiling fans, and plenty of room to hang your clothes. As well as night-stand lights with USB charging ports.

There are two full baths and we provide fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and a hairdryer.

Full-size washer and dryer with iron and ironing board.

The outdoor space has a large fire pit, fully fenced backyard, string lighting, plenty of seating, and amazing views!

We are pet-friendly (max 2) for a non-refundable $100 pet fee. Please let us know when you book if you're bringing pet(s).

Comfortably fit 2 cars in the driveway and ample space on street in front and side of the house (we are a corner lot)

Heat/Cooling-
The house has a commercial-grade swamp cooler and wall heaters. In addition, there are ceiling fans in each bedroom and 1 portable heaters.

Please bring firewood if you want to use the indoor fireplace or outdoor firepit.
