Shuttle service to and pick up from Aspen was just a 10min drive and excellent communication. Drivers very good and recommended places to eat and see. Our only disappointment was finding that the pool was unavailable due to maintenance from the day after I booked. When I asked why we were not informed told I should have checked their own website. My booking was made through Expedia not directly with them."
