"I liked how open it was, the view from outside our room was pretty. The staff were really helpful and nice, when we needed a diffrent set of sheets and more blankets it didn’t take long at all! There was no problem with parking at all. After a shower, the floor were puddles in water, there was lots of condensation all over the walls and both sides of the door, you can see the paint peeling off the walls. The wifi wasn’t working. We brought our Xbox to play but it wouldn’t work even connected to the wifi. When we wanted to look for somewhere to eat we had to leave to the car because the wifi wouldn’t work and even in the car it was really slow."

"This was a good, inexpensive option for staying the weekend in Santa Cruz. Staff was nice. The pool and hot tub were a good size and very family friendly. Parking spaces were tight but there was no trouble finding a space. Close to several restaurants that smelled really good. Walking distance to the Boardwalk and considerably cheaper than the other options. Clean, basic rooms. CONS: The apartment complex next door on the south side was very loud, but quieted before 10PM. The bedstands were made of sheet metal, so accidentally kicking them made a huge racket. Parts of the surrounding neighborhood felt run-down, and we may have witnessed a shoplifting occur at a nearby market. Bottom line: We'd stay again mainly due to the price and the pool, but we'd be on the lookout for deals at other openings."

"I will be back because the room was cleaner than others in town...there were many garbage bags full of trash all over the property at 4 and 10 pm...so no one was planning to pick them up? The front desk guy had the worlds worst b.o. and had a gross room freshener in the lobby to cover his scent but it wasn't working. Luckily the room wasn't stinky at all. There was a hair on the toilet seat and stains on the shower wall from someone dying their hair? Overall, its doable for the price and with no carpeting or scent in the sheets, its good enough for us!"

"Phenomenal location (literally steps from the beach!) and great house! The two kitchens, dining and living rooms gave us plenty of space to spread out and was perfect for cooking our meals and eating all together. We had a fantastic time at Michelle’s property! She was easy to communicate with and you could tell she wanted us to have an awesome stay. Our only complaint was the dog next door that barked in the early morning."
