"We had a wonderful weekend in Duluth! I grew up in Lakeside and love going back to spend time with family, enjoying some of the amazing things Duluth has to offer. We stayed at The Perch for the first time; I'll be sharing info about this awesome place with my extended family. It's clean, cute, and very comfortable. Jason and Jennifer as hosts are so kind, as well. This great spot is definitely on our list of places we'll look to stay at when we visit Duluth again."

"This property was a lucky last minute find. Only 15 minutes from UMD, where my son attends. Can safely have windows open overnight and let the Lake Superior waves lull you to sleep. It is a basement apartment and home owners were not present, so I can’t speak on that. Very nice patio with grill as well as wood burning chiminea, both of which we used and enjoyed immensely. Thank you for sharing your property."

"Me, my husband, and our 2 college age kids stayed for a few days for a quick getaway. This place was a pleasant surprise, it was comfortable, close to restaurants, and close to the lake. Our daughter stayed in the small bedroom and our son took the pullout sofa which was not the most comfortable. We brought an air mattress just in case, so he used that, but the sofa-bed would have been fine. All in all it was a nice place and we would stay there again."

"Great accommodations, comfortable and cozy. Nice lake view, easy lake access by foot or car. Love the location, between Duluth and Two Harbors with a short drive to either and easy drive to all points North Shore. We had too much stuff as this was the third leg of a ten day trip. In future I'd pack lighter for easier load in/out on the stairs, otherwise no worries. Would love to return, wonderful experience"

"Very clean and cute condo in a wonderful location in Duluth. Loved being able to have coffee on the porch in the morning looking out towards the lake. Management was very friendly and easy to get ahole of for all of our questions. Overall a great place to stay with family!"
