Welcome to Sandy Bay Lake House. (Built 2022). Pack your bags for an unforgettable vacation. Listen to the waves of Lake MI, 2 blocks away, in this newly built 2BR/1BA cottage. The Lake House is conveniently located within walking distance of Neshotah Beach/Park (2 blocks). Ice Age Trail access right across street. Walsh Field across street. Outdoor 4person Cedar Soaking Hot Tub, along with Lava Firetop table and quality outdoor furniture ensures your time at Sandy Bay Lake House is relaxing and memorable.

-THE PROPERTY-
Open concept Lake House with Upper Loft Bedroom overlooking main living area. Concrete driveway (Sept’25) easily parks 3 cars. Lake House is 2 blocks from Lake MI

-SAFETY-
Your security is important to us! Exterior camera at door. No interior cameras or cameras pointed at Cedar Tub area. Each guest is provided UNIQUE code for smart-lock entry.

-OUTDOOR SPACE-
Enjoy the 4 person Cedar Soaking Hot Tub. Instructions on use will be provided at check in. Relaxing patio space with Lava Rock fire table and quality outdoor furniture. Ceiling fans above outdoor space help keep flying bugs away.
*One extra full propane tank provided for each stay. Extra propane needs for fire table/ grill are guests responsibility*
** CEDAR TUB emptied, cleaned and refilled between each guest stay**

-MAIN LIVING ROOM SPACE-
Sectional couch with 70in smart TV. YouTubeTV/Netflix/Amazon Prime all provided for guests use. Numerous board games and puzzles to keep your group entertained. In floor heating throughout home.

We had a lovely 2-day mid-week stay in your welcoming home—so many thoughtful touches! We biked to Manitowoc, enjoyed Cedar Crest ice cream, the Maritime Museum, cocktail and cheese curd flights at Cool City, and walks to the beach and Point Beach Park. Such a pristine and charming town—thank you for sharing your lake house!

This place and host is such a GEM! 5 star stay and I might add the best VRBO experience our family has ever had! Cherry has thought of everything to make our families stay comfortable, easy and accommodating. Every aspect of their place is thoughtful and of the highest quality. We will be booking with them for years to come. This location is ideal for a anyone looking to explore both in town and the beautiful shore line and state park beach. We can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time.

Thoughtful host and clean property

This property was clean, stocked with everything you need and the host was very accommodating! We brought our 9 yr old and 1 year old to visit family for the holiday and the host personally brought over baby toys and a crib for us and had it set up for us when we got there. Happy we found this place and will stay again.

Lovely home and great base for exploring the area

The hosts sent welcoming messages and responded quickly to our questions. We had few questions, however, because the hosts had very thoughtfully designed and furnished this lovely property. It’s a gem!

Great spot!

My husband and I along with our two kids stayed here for a quick one night getaway. The house is super comfortable and cute, and was the perfect size for our group. We enjoyed all the little extra amenities throughout the home. Also really enjoyed the hot tub! We hiked the ice age trail which is just a couple minutes down the road. Overall a great stay and Cherry was very prompt and sweet during communications.

Brand new home in neighborhood, walk to beach

Lovely home. Clean, fun amenities left by the hosts. Responsive, attentive and helpful hosts. So many well-thought out details in the home itself. Great place to stay. Shower and soaking tub were both hits, but the place itself has a wonderful setup.

Easy walk to beach

I traveled as a single parent with four young children. The walk to the beach was extremely easy with the wagon. The beach was beautiful and clean. The house was as described and we loved the shower!! The owner had great recommendations and extra perks and things that helped our stay be much more enjoyable! I was able to do a grocery store delivery upon our arrival, and that helped a lot! The owner provided beach towels and other beach items that helped me be able to pack less for this road trip. I would definitely rent from this owner again!

Tranquil Spot

We stayed here the weekend of a Packers game. It was a short drive with no traffic aside from game day traffic. The weather was chilly and the firepit and soaking tub were delightful. Like other guests said, this property has all the things you would find in your own home, if not more.

Amazing stay close to many state parks and forests

This home was an excellent home base for us to explore the state parks and forests of northeastern Wisconsin over a long weekend. The owners were great at communication and have truly thought out every piece of the home. The hot tub was amazing after a long day of hiking and biking, and the king bed in the master was comfortable. Definitely would stay again- already recommending to friends! Could comfortably fit two couples or a family of 5.

Awesome place for getaway

House was very clean, fully stocked pantry, cedar hot tub is the highlight! Also the owner, Cherry, was so responsive and thoughtful. She brought over an extra air-mattress after hearing we had a 2-year old and continuously gave us information about the area and things we could do. Would definitely go back in the future!

This place is superb in every way! Brand new and immaculate.

We had a great time here. The location was wonderful right on the mariner’s and rawley point bike trail. It was a quick walk to a beautiful beach. The king size bed was comfortable and everything you could need was there. Beautiful decorating with new kitchen and bath. Also had hot tub, laundry and gas fire pit. Would definitely stay here again. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating!
