Beach and Racquet A126 is located just a few steps from the pool and beach! This condo will welcome guests with laminate wood flooring, an updated kitchen which includes a refrigerator, stove, oven microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. There is a large flat-screen television in the living room along with a sleeper sofa. This 1 bedroom condo is furnished with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom has a custom tiled walk-in shower and a convenient, in-unit stacked washer and dryer. Guests will also enjoy a furnished private balcony with a partial side view of the bay where you will enjoy watching ships and shrimp boats pass you by. The condo also has in-unit WIFI for your convenience. The unit sleeps 4 comfortably. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in. Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Savannah Beach and Racquet Office, community charcoal grills, and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building. POOLS: Pools are currently open daily from Noon to 2:45 pm and 3:15-6 pm, with limited occupancy. (subject to change, based on HOA Guidelines).
