Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for one vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in. It is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play, and the ships come to port.

The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20' pool with 9' depth and 10`x10` kiddie pool with 2' depth, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access, community grills, and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building. This unit sleeps up to 4 guests.
