Enjoy beautiful views from the top floor balcony of this one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo at the Savannah Beach and Racquet Club. Located just a few short steps from the community pool and the beach. Watch ships glide up the channel or stroll the seashore where you can watch dolphins play in the Savannah River while collecting seashells on the shoreline. The open plan condo features a comfortable living area that is furnished with a sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV. This condo features all new wood floors, an apartment-style kitchen with stovetop and oven, and a microwave oven. The bathroom has been updated and features a stone tile walk-in shower with a soothing Rainshower showerhead. The bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, a flat-screen Smart TV and a cable box. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in. Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10`x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Beach & Racquet Club office, community grills, and community coin operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building (there is no washer/dryer inside this condo). POOLS: Pools are currently open daily from Noon to 2:45 pm and 3:15-6 pm, with limited occupancy. (subject to change, based on HOA Guidelines).
