Enjoy your stay at this one-bedroom, one-bath condo that has a great view of the community pool and the Savannah River, located at the Savannah Beach and Racquet Club on the quiet North end of Tybee. Great vacation spot, only a few short steps from the pool and beach! The open living area features a Queen sleeper sofa, a 40-inch Smart TV, table seating for 4 and access to the private balcony which has to seat for 2. The fully equipped kitchen even includes a full-size dishwasher. Rest and Relax and get a perfect night's sleep in the all-new, remodeled and redecorated bedroom that has a King-size bed. The bedroom also has a large 40-inch smart tv. The updated full bathroom has an all-new vanity and a tub and shower combination. This unit will sleep up to 4 guests. Enjoy the wonderful views of the bay, ships and shrimp boats from your private balcony. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant, handicap bar in the shower). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a gate pass and a parking pass at check-in. Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10`x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Beach & Racquet Club office, community grills and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building. This place could use a good cleaning (it was smelly) and some TLC repairs with updates. Shampoo, paper towels, coffee, salt & pepper would be a nice addition. The view was disappointing, but when I booked I knew it was not the best balcony view. We enjoyed the location.

BEACH TRIP

For the most part we did enjoy our stay, there were a few minor problem with our rental, the batteries missing from TV remote, and the Kerig didn't work, the sofa was not comfortable and the water to the bathtub (cold side) would not shut off, we did call maintenance. The place needs updating, we will not stay there again.

I would not recommend this unit.

The unit is very small. Smaller than the photos indicate. The bed is hard and nosy. The pillows are cardboard. The kitchen table is patio furniture. If you use the pullout coach, there is no place for anyone to sit. The beach is muddy. I would not stay here again.

Okay, just not what we were looking for

The unit was clean and had what you would need for a quick stay. The Check in was very impersonal, almost on the rude side. If she would just put on a mask, social distance and talk to us about the process of code for the door it would have saved some anger and frustation!!! We thought our location was on the ocean, not the river. Our fault for not looking closer to the map. we were looking to see sunrise ( had to walk about a mile down the beach to see.) We also were looking for the ocean breaze, again we were on the river. The unit was fine and the location could be just what some folks are looking for. It is quiet and not crowded. Our expectation were different.

Tybee Beach Condo

This condo is a great place to stay when visiting Tybee Island. The location and all of the amenities are perfect for an island getaway. This condo had plenty of room for the two of us and a great view of the bay. We loved getting to experience the north side sunsets, seeing dolphins playing as the ships went by, and the surrounding local shops and eateries.

In all my years of renting I have never had to sign a 14 page rental agreement for a 3 night stay, It was literally longer then my apartment Lease to live downtown a large metropolitan city lol.

Location was wonderful!

This resort is easy to get to, privately located, a clean, quiet and cared-for property. The pool is nice, but the best part is the calm beach with dolphins playing just offshore! We walked the beach every morning and it was so peaceful and refreshing. The unit is not roomy, but it was just the two of us so no big deal. Only minor drawbacks are that there is no closet to hang clothes in, the sleeping area is right inside the entrance (so the window faces the pubic hallway) and there are no directions for the bedroom TV for us older folks who don't know how to use all the streaming services. But like I said--minor inconveniences. We would stay here again if it was just the two of us.

Perfect 2 night vacation

Really enjoyed our stay. Check in was so easy. While the property is a bit dated, the unit we stayed in was great. It was decorated perfectly and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the beach and watching the dolphins and freighters. I personally enjoyed the calmness of the water on this part of the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

My sister and I took a girl's trip to get away and relax. The condo was perfect for us. It was right on the beach and had a great pool. The property was well maintained and staff was friendly. The walks on the beach were our favorite part. There was so much to explore. I miss waking up and watching the dolphins from our balcony. The condo is away from the busy tourist areas but close enough to go shop easily. I would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay! Right on North Beach and easy access to everything. Huc-a-Poos was a couple blocks away, which made for some fun nights. Beautiful view, and the place itself was decorated nicely, VERY clean, and well furnished. Can't wait to visit again!

The property was great, right on the beach...it was awesome watching the freighters go by....didn’t see any dolphins I think the water was too cold. Tybee vacation rentals were amazing...there was no figuring anything out...the emails and texts gave very detailed information about the property and check in/out process. Very impressed...

I liked the fact that we were right on the beach, and our location on the island allowed us to enjoy the beach with the only waves made from passing ships and boats. Everything was quiet at night so rest was easy and the accomodations were very clean, comfortable, and pleasant. We will definitely stay here again on a future visit to Tybee.

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful time at this property. The pics do it justice it is a small space but it served our needs for 3 people. That view was amazing and we loved sitting out watching the big ships go by.
