"We had a wonderful stay overall. The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. While the building could use some updates, the beachfront location was fantastic. The beach was quiet, beautiful, and full of dolphins during our stay. The only negative was the check-in experience. We arrived early, fully understanding that our room would not be ready until check-in time, and simply asked if we could obtain a parking pass while we waited. The front desk attendant was unexpectedly rude and unwelcoming from the moment we arrived. I was told to wait an hour for a parking pass with two small children. Throughout our interactions, she was dismissive, irritated, and offered no basic courtesy. Fortunately, the property itself was excellent and made up for an otherwise disappointing first impression."
