Ocean Front 2-bedroom top floor, great views and location

his house is directly on the beach. The house is split into 4 rentals, the ground floor 2 units are rented year-round, the middle and top floor are both available for rental. The view is incredible! The living room, which overlooks the ocean, has a deck, and a TV. There is a second deck when you enter the unit. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and refrigerator. This unit is on the top floor. One bedroom has a queen-size bed while the second bedroom has 2 full-size beds. The washer and dryer are on the 1st floor and shared between the 4 units. There is parking for 1 vehicle.

Stays longer then 30 days, October - March, there is additional cleaning fee. Please inquire for details on pricing.
