Oceanfront sunrises! Beachfront between you and the sand!

A front-row seat to the best sunrise on the coast of Georgia! This condo is perfect for a beach getaway. Just park your car, unpack your bags, and hit the beach! No need to feed the meters! Located mid-island, Tybee Lights offers great beach access away from the crowds of the south end.

The 1st floor offers a kitchen, living room/dining area, and a half bath. The bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. There is a Jack-n-Jill bathroom between the two bedrooms that has a tub/shower combo. The balcony is accessible from the living room and has an unobstructed view of the Atlantic. And the sunrise will take your breath away.

There are no barriers between your balcony and your neighbor's balcony. So you can easily have a friendly chat with your neighbors if you would like.

The condo sleeps 4 and is fully furnished for your enjoyment!

There is one assigned parking space and the 11 guest parking spaces are available on a first-come basis.

From the parking lot, you will go up 2 flights of stairs to the entrance of this condo. There are no elevators in this complex. Once inside the condo, the bedrooms are upstairs. So if stairs are a problem for you or someone in your group, this is not the right condo for you.

Amazing view!

Our stay at the condo was truly wonderful!The ocean view is absolutely breathtaking — probably the best we’ve ever had. Waking up to the sight and sound of the waves every morning was such a treat.The condo itself is located on the second floor and features two levels, which gave it a spacious and homey feel. Just a small note: the stairs inside are a bit steep, so something to keep in mind if you have little ones or mobility concerns. That said, everything was beautifully arranged, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, making it easy to relax and feel right at home.We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a stunning view!

Not as anticipated

We said we needed due to unforeseen circumstances because we didn’t know what else to do. However the truth was is that we were leaving because the property was not at all that we anticipated. It was much farther from the ocean. There was not enough chairs on the patio. The bathroom was dirty. The couch was dirty. The stairs were horrendous. The view of the property across the street was awful. We ended up leaving. Booked a hotel in Savannah.

Property and stay we're great. There were a couple of minor issues caused by hurricane Helene just a few days before which had no impact on our stay. We would definitely stay again 😁.

Beautiful view

Great property on the beach. First time on Georgia beaches. Sat on the patio and drank morning coffee and watched cargo ships. Sunrise cafe was good local breakfast spot. The end of the island this property is on is very quiet and laid back.

Love it

Kids and I loved it here! If we could have stay forever we would have. Your legs will get a work out but to us wroth it . Seating on balcony At night with the wind. Seeing dolphins from balcony! Almost every morning and night with we there. I pray we get to stay here every time we visit.

Lovely Beach Front Condo

This condo has everything to make you feel very comfortable in a home away from home. Comfortable furniture and bedding. Beautiful beachfront view from your deck and easy beach access. Easy check in and out and prompt, good communication from owner. Will definitely stay here again.

Views were spectacular!

Very clean and views were amazing! Only issue was the stairs going up to condo, there were a few treads that need repair or replaced. And a handrail would be nice. Had a great time on our mother/daughter trip!!

Great location with a great view of the Atlantic!!!

The condo is in a perfect location on Tybee Island. It is quiet and has stunning views of the Atlantic. The place was clean and cozy. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the massive cargo ships head in and out to sea. The beach is beautiful! The owners are easy to communicate with and kind. I would recommend staying in this condo on Tybee Island.

Tybee Time Vacation 2024

Received a very nice welcome before arrival to the condo. It was clean and prepared well with all we needed to enjoy homy away from home. Wonderful time had by all from kind respectful neighbors, gorgeous sunrise walks on the beach just steps away from our back deck, delivery pizza late from Lighthouse pizza so kind, quick and tasty. Was able to pay delivery driver with card so easily. Took a dolphin tour with Captain Derek and crew of hilarious dad jokes and several dolphins and baby calf’s playing around us the entire time we were out. Bed were so comfortable and was blessed to sleep and nap with the sounds of the ocean and several variations of birds for the lover of nature this place is heaven on earth. The host was very kind answered any and all of our silly questions of getting to know the area and what all it had to offer. Melba you are the best and your home is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Thank you. We definitely will be back. See yall next spring. The dolphin family came up close to the shore to say their goodbyes. We really had a wonderful family vacation and wouldn’t change a thing. Enough room to stretch out and get comfortable to relax and rejuvenate for our whole family yet small enough we had to spend time together. Lol. After all the busy life stuff that is what this trip was for. To spend some time together exploring and making new wonderful memories. Mission accomplished. Grateful full heart we sadly left today only to want to stay longer.

Great location and ocean views

Great location and wonderful ocean views. Almost walk right on to the beach. Unit was very clean on arrival. Unit could use some TLC and updating, dishwasher, tv’s, slider screen and outdoor balcony table (must replace). Unit was well equipped and comfortable.

The view was marvelous. The first of our visit, we could use the balcony. Some vacationers moved in halfway through that were heavy smokers and we could not use the balcony any more. Everything worked well. The bed was comfortable. Would recommend and rent again.

This is our 4th time renting this cute little condo, perfect for a small family, with 2 bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms. The views can’t be beat, and the private access to the beach is completely worth it. Our neighbors are always so nice, and we chat on the balcony while looking at the ocean. Every year, something is new and upgraded when we return, and it makes our stay even better. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect....But Narrow Stairway

We absolutely LOVED staying at this property and will again & again, if ever back for a visit. STEPS from the beach. Great beach & ocean views from the balcony. Quiet, relaxing, and lower beach traffic than in other areas. The only downside would be the stairs, for someone who might struggle carrying their luggage.

Great location and views, but unit is in poor condition.

Tybee lights unit has a fantastic location and views off the back balcony. Unfortunately, my wife and I found the unit itself to be in a poor and undesirable condition. Old, outdated furniture/fixtures that are beat up as well as stained and worn out carpet were two of the main issues we had with the rental. If the place gets a makeover, we would possibly return, but certainly not in its current condition.
