Enjoy spectacular ocean views, the sounds of the waves, dolphin watching and brilliant sunrises right from your ocean front balcony. These 2 bedroom townhomes are located on the "quiet end" of Tybee away from the crowds and noise of South Beach, yet close to some of Tybee's best restaurants and shopping. Ideal for small families looking for a relaxing getaway on Tybee Island.

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

Great customer service. King bed was uncomfortable so we moved to Queen bed in second bedroom, much better. We had the “Jack and Jill” bathrooms. We were not a fan but all nice enough. Nicely stocked

This place was in the perfect location on Tybee Island. The view from the balcony is spectacular!! The condo has been renovated with a beachy theme. We would definitely stay here again.

Multiple steps to go up so may be hard if too young or too old, but it was perfect for me and my fam! Kids loved their room and it was spacious with adjoining bathroom. Beautiful view of ocean out back deck. Easy access to what seemed like our own beach! We enjoyed “riding the waves” and walking the beach every evening! Decor of condo was perfect! Only thing missing was coffee and maybe a few folding beach chairs.

My husband and I decided to take a weekend away together and this was the perfect spot. Check in was easy and the condo was beautiful and newly renovated. Would be an awesome condo for a small family as well!

Very clean, nicely decorated, and you could not get any closer to the ocean. Woke up in the comfy king bed to an ocean view. Check in was easy and the office ladies were kind and helpful. I would stay here again and highly recommend!

The unit was right on the beach, with no road crossings between us and the Atlantic. The property manager was prompt, check-in was a breeze, and the house was well-appointed and clean. We'll definitely consider this place again for our next visit!

We really enjoyed our stay! The views were amazing. Our only frustration was at check-in, GPS sent us on a wild goose chase. It would have been helpful if detailed directions were given to us instead of just an address (since apparently this happens to most everyone who uses GPS on the island). Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay.

The highlight of this property is the magnificent location with direct ocean views and access. It cannot be beat. The unit itself is in need of a really good cleaning and a few simple upgrades (ie a hair dryer). We were there in off season, the town was very easy to navigate and many bars and restaurants were open. We hope to visit Tybee Island again, loved the whole area.

We absolutely loved this property! We arrived after hours and they made the check in process so easy and we really appreciated that. The condo was so charming. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and extra linens were provided, fully stocked kitchen ... there was nothing they didn't think of to help make our stay enjoyable. And did I mention the view?!?! It was just steps from the beach. We will definitely be coming back to this property next time we visit.

Location is perfection. Unit needs a little TLC, but not so much that I would not love to return. Steps to second floor condo a little precarious, but in no way a deal breaker. Loved the Jack and Jill bathroom setup. A little box contained small essentials like dish soap, sponge, washer pod. Nice touch! Did I say the location is perfection?

Was a nice condo but is not ideal for seniors was on the second level and the stairs where steep, the bedroom also had stairs which my friend had hip problems and it made it difficult for her. In our rules it informed us that roaches could be a problem in the south there was a dead roach on the dining room floor, didn’t report this but they had the exterminator come and spray without informing us that he was coming.

Great location. A few issues with the property, Dimmer switch in dining room was shorting out and could not be used. The bedroom window was hard to open and close due to rust build up. We feel the unit could have been a lot cleaner than what it was when we arrived. Also the patio table was so rusty that it was flaking off onto our deck. Minor issues but would recommend this property. Thanks

Had a family get-together in Florida, so wife & I decided to do a 3-night stay on Tybee on return home to Knoxville. Enjoyed the area, walks and some sun on beach. Property was clean & ready. One minor issue with a broken sink faucet that didn’t affect us, so we waited until leaving to let management know. Place was obviously a bit older, and doors, furnishings and layout showing some wear & tear, but everything was clean & functional. View from deck was very nice, and the sound of surf was nice too. Area was not crowded at all, and the few local restaurants we ate at were pretty good (Bubba Gumbo - very good gumbo, The Crab Shack - very good stuffed crab, and Chamacos - pretty “authentic” and very good tacos/tostadas).
