End of summer vacation

The home was clean, well kept and very comfortable. Great view from the balcony watching the dolphins play. Pool was clean. I have nothing negative.

Beautiful View

The condo was lovely. The description was accurate and the view was amazing. Some issues with airflow in the second bedroom (was really warm) but beds were comfortable. Would like hand soap in the bathrooms, as there were only facial cleansing bars. Overall, nice place that met our group of four needs.

Great vacation place!

We had a wonderful vacation! The ocean was pretty and very busy with lots of dolphins playing shrimp boats, and when the tide came in was really cool, it took up the beach. The pool was wonderful to swim in.

Great beach vacation

This condo was was close to the beach and the pool was nice and clean. It was not overly crowded at the beach or the pool. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We rented bikes and rode them around the island which was fun. We were really amazed to see the dolphins so close. Overall great stay!

Amazing stay

This condo was exactly what we were hoping for. The view is amazing from the balcony. The beach is steps away and it’s not crowded in this area of Tybee. We loved watching the dolphins swim and the gorgeous sunsets. Thank you for a great stay!

Great Views

My husband, son, and I had a wonderful experience. The room was perfect for us. We had plenty of room for the 3 of us. We all loved watching the dolphins and the big ships on the balcony. It was also a great location. We would definitely stay again.

Breezy Stay on the Beach!

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It is well appointed with items needed for a beachside residence (beach chairs, boogie boards, etc) Great view of the water and the huge freighters going to Savannah.

Need to have a grab bar in hall bath. My daughter fell in tub b/c it was slippery and no grab bar

Stay was nice. Nothing much to do on Tybee but nice vacation. You also need to put a regular dining room table in condo instead of out door table and chairs. More chairs need to be at pool.

Unit 303C

This was the 3rd time staying at this property (in the same unit) - it is a very nice unit and the property managers are "GREAT" to deal with. The only suggestions I could give would be to replace the washer/dryer as they are older and do not work very well and replace the shower/tub combo in the guest bathroom - it shows it's age and wear - the master bathroom we never use because it is too cumbersome to get in and out of (if I owned the place, I would take out the jacuzzi tub and replace it with a large walk-in shower). I would also replace the curtains in the living room as they have a tear in them - when we got there the curtain rod was on the floor (the maintenance man was there fixing it and got it taken care of immediately). These are minor issues but overall the condo is a beautiful unit and we will definitely stay there again (very soon). We love the location of the unit and the property managers are wonderful people to work with - they make everything easy and go out of their way to accommodate you. I highly recommend them!
