"This is a good place to stay. Close to the beach, clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. You are in the lower part of the house so you will hear the people upstairs but didn’t bother me. The only complaint would be the bed. The whole thing needs replacing. Really rough on our backs. Overall, I didn’t pay for a five star resort so I did not expect one. "

"It is a neat little place"

"We enjoyed our 3 night stay in this cute and comfy house. We are travelng with our 13 yr old grandaughter and she liked that she had her own bedroom to chill in. The place had ALL the convenience of home, was within walking or biking distance to a beach. We weren't impressed with the pool that is available to renters;it wasn't easy to find and there is no way that it was heated as advertised. Other than that, it is a perfect rental for the 3 of us!"

"My family and I are longtime Tybee vacationers. We like to jump around and spread the love to all the local rental companies. 18th street is one of our favorite places to stay. It’s close to the beach entrance and quick to get back on Bulter Ave. Bridgette was awesome. I usually have some crazy request and she answered me every time. We will be back for sure. "

"The location is great. House is cute with everything you need.I had a small issue with one of the a/c units (leaking water into the floor) and i tried contacting the host through the app and via text to tell him about the issue. I received no response and had to keep a towel and bowl in the floor to catch the water."
