We tried everything and no one responded. I asked for a refund and the hotel did not grant it. It is easy to take money from people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE."

"Fabulous property and hosts. They couldn’t do enough for us and were extremely helpful. It’s a very relaxing place to stay and we loved not being in the noise of Krakov. It’s near some beautiful places including a very picturesque reservoir and a fabulous national park. Krakov is 40 minutes away and we spent two days there. The jacuzzi experience in the garden was wonderful."

"It is a nice hotel, but requires serious upgrades. The walls between rooms are very thin and I could hear ALL my neighbors activities (I am sorry to my neighbors...). The water in the shower was changing from scalding hot to cold within few seconds without any warning: the piping seems too poor to serve many rooms. There is a smoking ban in the rooms, but the smoke was reaching my room through the window on many occasions. There is a nice pool and SPA at the basement, but there was no soap in...
