"The room was good; we received a free upgrade on arrival which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and helpful The breakfast was good We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice hotel close to the airport, it's an easy walk to Terminals 2 & 3"

"Very nice hotel, quiet, great location, helpful staff. - Negatives only that shower water pressure is terrible and the rainfall shower head did not work. Also within hours of arrival one of my key cards locked me out due to a malfunction with it. Great choice regardless. You won’t be disappointed."

"Arrived late at night - online check in but instructions were not that explanatory for first time users. No instructions in the room as to how the lights worked! A notice by the door would have been helpful. Clean room/bathroom and comfortable bed. Good breakfast but no fresh berries and only available fruit was bananas. Reasonable value for the cost and would stay here again if visiting Copenhagen in transit."

"We were a bit worried about hotel given location but it was ideal Staff are fantastic, rooms were great and cleaning staff were beyond amazing. Lounge attendant was incredible and the 2nd floor restaurant was great value for money and staff were superb. Food was world class. The only downside would be the restaurant upstairs - sushi sticks (sp?) which was woeful on service and food. 100% skip / they were short staff so probably not hotels fault It’s such a big property but would be good to have hallways cleaner as often rubbish in hallway over the week there."
