"The staff was very kind. Unfortunately, the hotel itself had an Oder. The bed was quite uncomfortable. My back hurt the whole trip. My husband had the same problem. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well, had long black hairs in the shower and on the toilet seat. They just need to improve their cleaning service & replace their mattresses. "

"I was homeless and jobless but was able to do door dash, it takes me all day to dash just make $100 a day enough to cover my room and gas for each night. They were very patience and understanding that I couldn’t pay by weekly and I paid by nightly which it probably was pain in the butt lol I am very grateful that I was in a safe place while it lasted. "The staff were on top of things. Our battery went out on our a/c thermostat and within 15 minutes they had come and replaced. The next day the maid knocked to see if we wanted her to clean our room, but I told her no and asked for an extra blanket. She called another maid and she delivered one in 5 minutes. All the staff were very friendly and helpful."
