"Arrived and no one had any idea which tent we were supposed to be in. Originally taken to one that had no made beds, litter, broken chairs and an inflatable dirty lazy spa (advised as a hot tub). Then got told to my relief wasn’t our tent. Instead we were taken to another tent that was transparent in a small field squished in with another 5-6 tents and had a dirty deflated paddling pool in the centre. "The property was a nice size and cute rustic build.We couldn't get warm however they heater provided wasn't very good luckily we had throws with us as there wasn't any provided for extra warmth. The smart TV was useless as it wasn't connected to the internet and despite accessing settings to input password it still didn't work and we had no ariel for even basic channels.The outside bathroom was freezing and had no sufficient light, to use shower.There was a smell in cabin and a layer of dust...
