Beautiful Benllech bay on the isle of Anglesey in North
Wales. Virtually unchanged in 2017 as it was in 1962 when I used to visit as a child.

Glyn Burial Chamber A Neolithic Tomb similar in construction to that at Lligwy and another possible site in Benllech. The chamber is thought to be constructed by raising the main slab that was already there onto the smaller slab in front, then excavating underneath and inserting support stones on the north and south sides of the excavation. The chamber was excavated in the nineteenth century and it was recorded that bone and other (non-specified) artifacts were found.
