"It was, unfortunately, a horrible experience. I was reluctant to write this review because I felt it might affect the wonderfully nice front desk staff, cleaning staff, and the restaurant waiters who would greet you with a smile and happily serve you. Things were going well on the first night until it started raining and the room flooded.
