Unsere Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, unsere Tochter sitzt im Rollstuhl, das war überhaupt kein Problem in der Wohnung. He was very helpful with information.The home was beautiful, meticulously clean, and had beautiful views in all directions from every window. "Hotel Central is conveniently located in an area central to several public transportation stops, restaurants, stores and the altstadt. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us with pleasant attitudes and offered free tourist cards to use during our stay. For whatever reason, we didn't actually use them, even though we planned to. Regardless, it's a great perk! The rooms were lovely, with comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and great views!"

"We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is in good condition and the staff was pleasant and helpful. If you are driving to the hotel it is a little difficult to arrive with luggage. There really is no place to stop the car in front of the hotel that isn't on the street and exposed to traffic. And if you park in the garage that's nearby the hotel, it's a little bit of a walk to get from the car to the check-in desk. Innsbruck was lovely."

"The air conditioning didn’t work in our first room and we moved rooms. The second room took 4 days to cool down from 26 degrees to 21. We didn’t open any windows and kept the aircon running the whole time. It’s a very new hotel but still has teething problems. Also the toilet is in a separate room to the bathroom but no allowance has been made to fit a towel holder so you can have a towel to dry your hands. On the positive side it is very close to the train station and the views are excellent."

"We arrived early but the receptionist did an excellent job in making us welcome and helping us to find our way around the city. The breakfast was good, with no complaints. The room was not so good the air conditioning was taped off and the only option was on at the preset temperature or off. It wasn’t even possible to quieten the fan at night so you have to live with the noise or turn it off and open the window. The sink plug was also broken and it was quite obvious that it was, it seems ridiculous that it hadn’t been repaired."

"Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly / attentive staff made for a pleasant stay. The hotel bar was a nice bonus and stayed open late, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Breakfast was the weakest part of the experience. There appeared to be only one waitstaff member serving the entire dining area, and the selection was somewhat limited. There was also no menu available for ordering additional items. The temporary hotel parking area outside the hotel was difficult to find on arrival (due to paint not visible). Once checked in, the garage parking was very secure and convenient, although the streets leading to it are quite narrow and require careful driving. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!"
