"Lovely stay, great amenities. The only reason to drop a star is the evening meal times. 7pm is a bit too late for it to be family friendly. It was a coincidence for us that Ramadan was on so we were able to get in at 6pm otherwise we would have suffered. "

" Check-in was extremely slow. We waited over 10 minutes and no one approached us, even though one front-desk station was available. The butler service was disappointing. Nearly every request resulted in no action or an excessive delay. We asked a butler in person to remind the guests next door not to sing from their balcony, but nothing changed. We also called for an extra duvet and waited three hours—by then it was already 10:00 pm. The hotel is in poor condition. It feels run-down, with many things falling apart. The AC in our room could not be turned off. Most of the wall buttons did not work, and we had to do almost everything manually. The beach was very small, and much of the property felt like wasted space. Overall, this was a waste of money. I would avoid this hotel."

"Property is exactly as on fotos. staff on the reception is very polite. But all windows are facing noisy 24 hour construction, cars with concrete come every hour all the night beeping and chugging. In one bedroom windows don’t stop the sound at all. Host just told that he can’t do anything and it is ok and i should look photos where i can see construction.Host is rather strict and don’t do any favour about check out even at 12. Check rates for tax inclusivity (5% could be added)"
