"After completing my 10-day trip to China, I can honestly say NUO Hotel Beijing was the best of the three hotels I stayed at! The hotel was beautiful, clean, conveniently located for me, and offered a spacious room with a wonderful bathtub and shower. My floor was quiet, and I never had issues with cigarette smoke. The staff really made my first visit to China special. From the friendly front desk team and thoughtful manager to the staff who helped with DiDi, taxis, and room service, everyone...

"We liked the atmosphere and artistic vibe of this hotel. It was clean, staff were friendly, and the restaurant inside was good too. We also enjoyed staying in the 798 Art District. Thank you for the wonderful stay."

The others on staff that weren’t as proficient in English did use the translator app on their phones to help when they needed. The food in the hotel was excellent, but I wish thy had traditional tables to sit and dine."

"Clean room，with gym and laundry machine. Great place!"

"ありがとうございました。 またの機会があれば利用しますね"

I showed the printed confirmation address to two taxi drivers who both said, "no." I used manipulated forms of the address and still they didn't work. i called the hotel and no one answered. The hotel refused to return my money not just for one night but 4. -unacceptable. Maybe if the hotel...
