"I loved everything about this hotel and resort except for the fact that housekeeping was really slacking. Our room was never cleaned properly. The floors were dirty every day. Sheets were not changed and nothing was wiped down. The pools were great. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Luna Mar was not good at all. They served my eight-year-old son raw chicken fingers. The menu is small and the food is average. I still would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone coming here!...

"The photos are honestly pretty deceiving. This is an extremely noisy and busy property with cruise ship people being constantly bussed in to use the beach. The beach is dirty, smells like cigarettes / marijuana and has trash. There is constant noise of wave runners and loud music. The hotel rooms themselves are clean, but the simple amenities such as the vending machines don’t work. Constant power outages and cold showers. If you are looking to relax and unwind, I would not book this resort. The...
