Just 800 m from Maranduba beach and close to excellent beaches such as Fortaleza Beach, Lagoinha and Caçandoca. In Caçandoca Beach is where is located the Castle of the Arautos, a tourist point worth knowing besides having incredible views.

Maranduba beach has kiosks, waterslides in the sea, schooner rides (depending on the time of year). Great for bathing, to go with family and kids too. Trails, lakes and waterfalls, in a very preserved nature. These are attractions you can not miss.
The neighborhood also has market structure, butcher shop, pharmacy, restaurants, beach shops, gas station, etc.

Apartamento super novo, bem mobiliado! Atendimento excelente da proprietária! Conforto e praticidade. Sugestão: Instalação de ar condicionado, pois mesmo tendo os ventiladores de teto em todos os cômodos, o apartamento fica muito abafado.
