 Note: rate card), grills, tennis courts (are 7 courts in total, being one covered), football field, volleyball court, gym, sauna, games room, two bicycles, indoor restaurant and a wave of garage inside the condominium. In the apartment there is complete kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, blender, stove, refrigerator and all utensils, 3 TVs, MP3 sound, free broadband Internet Wi Fi and air conditioning in two bedrooms, digital lock on main door, Total security with cameras scattered throughout all condominium and concierge 24 hours. Ótimo espaço e local em Ubatuba
Procurei um local para passar uma semana de descanso em Ubatuba e encontrei no apto do Sr. João um ótimo lugar para isso. Apto limpo, equipado e espaçoso. Condomínio com toda estrutura e segurança, ótimo para quem tem filhos. E a praia de Toninhas em frente ao condomínio muito boa, e um detalhe importante, vc não precisa de carro para ir a praia, isso é ótimo principalmente neste mês de janeiro que a cidade está cheia. E por fim, Sr. João, proprietário do imóvel, sempre atencioso te ajudando no que for necessário para sua estadia ser perfeita. Muito obrigado e espero poder voltar um dia.
